  <p>Information: Joseph D. Skeen, 80, of St. Albans, died last Sunday at his home after a long illness.  Mr. Skeen was a retired employee of the Kanawha County Board of Education and a veteran of WW I.  Surviving:  wife, Ruth Ray Skeen; daughters,  Mrs. Wanda Thomas, Mrs. Wilda Tolley and Mrs. Sharlene McCallister, all of St. Albans, Mrs. Jewel McCollough of South Charleston and Mrs. Rilla Smith of Dunbar; brothers, Thomas B. and Joshua of Dunbar; and A. C. of Kentuck; sister, Mrs. Mae Hamon of Dunbar.  Services were held Wednesday at Snodgrass Funeral Home in South Charleston with Rev. Leroy Keeney officiating.  Burial was in the Cunningham Memorial Park.   (McIntyre)</p>
