Information:   Jennie C. Skeen, 82, of Kentuck, died Saturday at the home of her son, Vairl Skeen, after a long illness.   She was the daughter of the late Okie and Bet Coon Ray.   She was a schoolteacher, a housewife and a member of the Goshen Baptist Chuch, Kentuck.   She is survived by two sons: Vairl C. of Kenna, Victor Skeen of Ripley; three brothers Roy Ray of Spencer, Rossie Ray of Tyler Mountain and Mosy Ray of Harmony; one sister, Mrs. Maca Parsons of Vicars Ridge; eight grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren.   Services were Monday at the Goshen Baptist Church with the Rev. Orville Walker officiating.   Burial was at the Skeen Cemetery in Kentuck.  Parsons Funeral Home, Ripley, was in charge of arrangements.
