  <p>Information:      James Franklin Skeen, 54, of Vienna, WV, died Dec. 5, 1986, at his home.  He was born Sept. 23, 1932, a son of Clyde C. and Dessie Poling Skeen of Kentuck.  He was a veteran of the Korean Conflict and had been employed as a supervisor for Borg-Warner Chemicals for the past 28 years.  He is also survived by his wife, Juanita Parsons Skeen; one son, Joey E. Skeen of Huntington; one daughter, Cheryl L. Unger of Arthurdale; one brother, Frederick Allen Skeen of Fairplain; two sisters, Emogene Landis of Ripley, and Evelyn Parsons of Parkersburg; two granddaughters, Lauren and Kendra Unger, both of Autherdale.  He was preceded in death by one brother.  Services were Sunday at the Parsons Funeral Home Chapel.  Burial was in Jackson Memory Gardens, Cottageville.</p>
