Information: Goldie Tolley Skeen, 84, of St. Albans, formerly of Gay, died Monday at Charleston Memorial Hospital after an extended illness.  She was born Dec. 2, 1902, at Gay, daughter of the late Sandusky O. and Nora Belle (Westfall) Tolley.  Surviving:  husband, Henry C. Skeen of St. Albans; son, Donald E. Skeen of Ravenswood; daughters, Mrs. Ralph Miller of Huntington and Mrs. Emory Flowers of St. Albans.  Services will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at the Curry-Casdorph Funeral Home, St. Albans.  Burial will be in Tyler Mountain Memorial Gardens.  Friends may call at the funeral home from 7-9 p.m. Wednesday.  (McIntyre)
