Information:      TEACHER IS DEAD OF HEART ATTACK.   Frederick Otmer (Ott) Skeen, 49-year old teacher of the White Pine school near Belgrove, died about six o'clock Monday morning at the home of Cecil V. Casto where he was boarding.  A heart attack was said to have caused his death.  Born July 17, 1909, at Kentuck, he was a son of Mrs. Maggie Katherine Garrett Skeen of Kentuck and the late Samuel H. Skeen.  In addition to his mother he is survived by three brothers, Oscar Skeen of Kenna, Odell Skeen of Kentuck, Oshel Skeen of Charleston.  The funeral service was held Wednesday at the Goshen Baptist church at Kentuck with the Rev. Vairl Winter officiating and burial with the Parsons funeral directors in charge was in the Garrett family cemetery nearby.  The body remained at the funeral home in Ripley until noon Tuesday when it was taken to the home of his mother where it lay in state until taken to the church for the funeral service.
