  <p>Information:      Frederick Allen Skeen, 70, of Kenna, passed away Friday, January 14, 2011 at Hubbard Hospice House, Charleston, following an extended illness.  He was born August 31, 1950, a son of the late Clyde C. ""Bud"" and Dessie Poling Skeen.  He was a highway construction worker his entire life and was a member of the Steelworkers Union.  In addition to his parents, his wife of 27 years, Peggy Skeen, brother, James Franklin Skeen; and sisters, Evaline Parsons and Emogene Landis preceded him in death.  Surviving are his son, Robert ""Bobbie"" Skeen of Kentuck; and daughter Amy Lynn Thomas (Darrell) of Gandeeville; and several nieces and nephews.  Funeral services are set for Tuesday, January 18, 2011 at 1 p.m. at Waybright Funeral Home with Pastor Billy Casto officiating.  Interment will follow in the Cleek-Poling Cemetery, Kentuck, WV.</p>
