Information: Mrs. Esther E. Skeen, 64, of Kenna, died Friday at the Staats hospital after a brief illness.  She was born Sept. 12, 1898, at Kenna, a daughter of the late Stanton and Florinda Wandling Wolfe.  Surviving are three sons, Norman Skeen, Ripley, Normal and Rubert Skeen, Cleveland; six daughters, Mrs. Lenora DeWees, Kenna, Mrs. Lorena Portz and Miss Lillie Skeen, Charleston, Mrs. Freda Coponiti, Downey, Calif., Mrs. Billie Ferguson and Mrs. Nettie Piorkowski, Cleveland.  There are 21 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.  The funeral service was held at the Emma Chapel church Sunday afternoon with Rev. D. C. Guthrie officiating and the burial with the Vail undertakers in charge was in the church cemetery.
