  <p>Information: RIPLEY - Esta E. Skeen, 91, of Ripley, died March 1, 1995, at Jackson General Hospital, Ripley, after a long illness.  She was a homemaker and a member of Plainview Church.  Surviving:  sons, Doyle Parsons of Ripley, Talmadge Skeens of Kenna; daughters, Virginia Melhorn of Fairplain, Marie Garrett of Ripley, Freda Westfall of Ravenswood, Opal Anderson of Ripley; brother, Fred Casto of Charleston; sisters, Mamie Parsons and Dollie Freshour, both of Kenna, Georgie Casto of Kentuck; 18 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; five great-great-grandchildren.  Service will be 1 p.m. Sunday at Parsons Funeral Home, Ripley, with the Rev. Aaron Melhorn and the Rev. R. S. Parsons, Jr. officiating.  Burial will be in Plainview Cemetery, Kenna.  Friends may call 6 to 9 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.</p>
