Information: Clyde Wilson Skeen, 76, of St. Albans, died March 7, 1989, in Thomas Memorial Hospital after a short illness.  He was retired from Libbey-Owens- Ford with 37 years of service.  He was an Army veteran of World War II.  He was a member of the AFL-CIO and L-O-F Retirees Club.  Surviving:  sons, Charles S. of St. Albans, Robert C. of Teays Valley.  Service was Thursday at Cunningham-Parker-Johnson Funeral Home, Charleston with the Rev. Leroy Keeney officiating.  Burial was in Grasslick Cemetery, Kenna.
