Information: Clyde C. ""Bud"" Skeen, 85, of Kentuck, died Jan. 22, 1988, at his home following an extended illness.  He was born in Kentuck, a son of the late Frank and Cora Good Skeen.  He was a retired construction worker and farmer.  He was a member of the Goshen Baptist Church.  He is survived by his wife, Dessie Poling Skeen; one son, Fredrick Alan Skeen of Fairplain; two daughters, Emogene Landis of Ripley and Evalene Parsons of Parkersburg; one sister. Carrie Counts of Belleville, Ohio; eight grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.  He was preceded in death by two sons, Franklin Skeen and Clyde Skeen, Jr.  Services were Sunday at Parsons Funeral Home Chapel, Ripley, with the Rev. Orville Walker officiating.  Burial was in Poling Cemetery, Kentuck.
