  <p>Information: Relatives in Jackson County have been informed of the death of Cliff Skeen, 65, Akron, Ohio, on Jan. 30, 1993.  A native of Kentuck, he was the son of the late Clifton C. Skeen of Kentuck and grandson of the late W. D. (Dolph) Skeen of Kentuck.  He owned property in Kentuck at the time of his death.  Skeen was a member of the House of Delegates in Ohio for 18 and one-half years.  He was assistant majority floor leader from 1987-1992 and was recognized for sponsoring bills that concerned the common man.  Survivors include is wife, Mary Anne; two children and two grandchildren.  Services were held at Oak Hill Presbyterian Church, Feb. 3, 1993, with interment in Hillside Memorial Park, Akron, Ohio.  (McIntyre)</p>
