  <p>Information: Mrs. Icie Rankin Shuff, 81, of Kenna, died Thursday in a Charleston nursing home.  She was born April 28, 1890, daughter of the late John and Susan Fisher Harpold.  She was a member of the Fairplain United Methodist Church and a former member of the Hickory Grove Church.  She is survived by three sons, W. Wirt Rankin of Charleston, Winfred H. Rankin and Robert R. Rankin, both of Kenna; one daughter, Mrs. Pauline Frashier of Charleston; three brothers, Arthur Harpold of Fairplain, Darrell Harpold of Charleston and Everett Harpold of Sissonville; three sisters, Mrs. Thelma Skidmore of Charleston, Mrs. Nina Smith of West Salem, Ohio, and Mrs. Lurlean Hill of Sandyville; three grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.  Funeral services were conducted Saturday at the Fairplain United Methodist Church with the Rev. Vairl Winter officiating.  Burial was in the Fairplain Cemetery. </p>
