  <p>Information: Service was held Sunday at the Good Shepherd Funeral Home in St. Albans for Mrs. Cecile Clair Shropshire, 81, of St. Albans, who died Thursday at Charleston Memorial Hospital after an extended illness.  Burial was at Pine Hill Cemetery, Ripley.  Mrs. Shropshire was a native of Jackson County, the daughter of the late Lucy and Bill Cunningham of the Gay area.  She was a retired employe of the S. Spencer Moore Co. with more than 55 years of service, a member of the Central United Methodist Church and a life member of the women&#39;s society of the church.  Surviving:  sons, Harry W. of St. Albans with whom she resided, and Lester F. of South Charleston; seven grandchildrena and 10 great-grandchildren.</p>
