  <p>Information:                 Funeral services will be held at the Ravenswood Christian Church this (Wednesday) morning for Mrs. Carrie Melissa Shriver, 74, wife of F. L. Shriver of Silverton, who died at her home there Sunday.  The Rev. Nelson Shuster of Huntington and Rev. V. F. Williams will officiate and burial will be in the Ravenswood Cemetery.  Mrs. Shriver underwent an operation at a Huntington hospital several months ago and had been back at her Silverton home for several weeks.  She was born Nov. 30, 1874, a daughter of Joseph and Amanda M. Brown.  In addition to her husband, she is survived by the following children, Mrs. Carl Parsons of Silverton, Mrs. O. A. Coffman of Proctorville, Ohio, Mrs. C. D. Barker of McMechen, Mrs. Carl Hyatt of Mason, and Herbert Shriver of Silverton.  Also surviving are eight grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren, and two sisters, Mrs. F. E. White of Vienna and Mrs. Floyd Elliott of St. Louis, Missouri.  (Betty Kessel McIntyre obit collection)</p>
