  <p>Information: Jacqueline B. (Jackie) Shoemaker, 64, of Gallipolis, died Monday morning at Holzer Medical Center after an extended illness.  She was born Oct. 17, 1922, at Ripley, the daughter of the late Kenna B. and Rose Mullinex Parsons.  She was a member of the St. Peter&#39;s Episcopal Church, Episcopal Church Women, Altar Guild, Fairgreens County Club.  She retired from City Loans and Savings in 1984, after 37 years of service.  Surviving:  husband, Al Shoemaker of Gallipolis; brother, Kenna G. Parsons of Liverpool; sisters, Juanita Rader and June Shinn, both of Evans and Mary Knapp of Shrewsbury.  Services will be Wednesday at 1:30 p.m. at St. Peter&#39;s Episcopal Church with Rev. Albert MacKenzie officiating.  Burial will be in the Gravel Hill Cemetery, Cheshire, Ohio.  Waugh-Halley-Wood Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Peter&#39;s Episcopal Church Memorial Fund, c/o Rev. Albert MacKenzie, Gallipolis, Ohio.</p>
