  <p>Information: Harold Roscoe Shirley Sr., 62, of Point Pleasant, died Sunday, Sept. 16, 1990, at Pleasant Valley Hospital, Point Pleasant, following a sudden illness.  He was born in Mount Alto, a son of the late Norman E. and Orva Morris Shirley.  He was a veteran of the Korean War, a retired equipment operator for CSX Railroad, and a member of the American Legion and the VFW.  He is survived by two sons, Harold R. Shirley Jr. and Pinkney Norman Shirley, both of Leon; two daughters, Susan Randolph and Saundra Randolph, both of Leon; one sister, Wilma Benton of Wamego, Kan.; seven grandchildren.  Service will be at 11 a.m. today (Wednesday) at the Baden Presbyterian Church with the Rev. Herman Jordan officiating.  Burial will be in the church cemetery.  Casto Funeral Home, Evans, was in charge of arrangements.</p>
