  <p>Information: Mrs. Ruth Virginia Shinn, 53, of Mt. Alto, died Monday at the University Hospital in Morgantown, following an extended illness.  She was born Oct. 23, 1919, at St. Louis, Mo., daughter of Mrs. Mary Beckman Thomas of Parkersburg and the late Arthur Thomas.  Mrs. Shinn was a member of the First Assembly of God.  Survivors, in addition to her mother, include her husband, Clifford Shinn, and three daughters, Mrs. Denver Igo of Clendenin and Miss Ruth Marlene Shinn and Miss Linda Elaine Shinn, both of the home.  Funeral services will be held at the Hopewell Baptist Church at Mt. Alto, today, Wednesday, at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Chester Tennant officiating.  Inrerment will be in the Blaine Memorial Cemetery at Cottageville.</p>
