  <p>Information: Roy Russell Shinn, 76, of Evans Rt. 1, died Monday in a Parkersburg hospital after a long illness.  He was a retired farmer and worked in the rubber mills in Akron, Ohio, for a number of years. Mr. Shinn was a member of the Rockcastle United Methodist Church.  Surviving:  wife, Laura M. Stover Shinn; sons, George, Henry Lee and Arnold of Akron, Leroy of Cambridge, Ohio; daughters, Mrs. Margaret Wheeler of Mt. Alto, Mrs. Eliza Jane Critchfield and Mrs. Elsie Hess of Akron; brothers, Stanley of Cottageville and Ray of Columbus, Ohio; sisters, Mrs. Lucy Hill of Charleston, Mrs. Corra Perry of Akron O.; 33 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren.  Service will be held Thursday at 2 p.m. in Casto Funeral Home, Evans, with the Rev. Clarence Morton officiating.  Burial will be in Hopewell Cemetery, Mount Alto.  Friends may call today (Wednesday) after 11 a.m. at the funeral home.</p>
