  <p>Information: RONALD SHINN, 3, IS DROWNED IN ITALIAN CANAL - Ronald R. Shinn, 3-year-old son of S-Sgt and Mrs. Richard T. Shinn, drowned in an irrigation canal in Italy where his father is stationed with the Air Force on April 25.  S-Sgt Shinn and his family have been living at Aviano, Italy since he was sent there by the Air Force.  The details of how the accident happened were not immediately available.  The body was returned home to Kenna, and the funeral service was held at the Emma Chapel Church on Monday afternoon with Rev. Edgar Cole and Rev. Vaughn Fisher officiating and the burial was in the church cemetery.  In addition to the parents the child is survived by his paternal grandfather, Lloyd Shinn, long time resident of the Kenna community.</p>
