  <p>Information: Elsie H. Shinn, 75, of Cottageville, died Monday, Oct. 31, 1988, at Care Inn following a long illness.  She was born in Lancaster, Pa., daughter of the late Eben and Francis Herman  Herr.  She attended the United in Christ Church, Cottageville, and was a homemaker.  Surviving:  brothers, Eben Jr. and Benjamin Herr of Jonestown, Pa., Herman Herr of Lebanon, Pa., Abraham Herr of Springfield, Missouri; sisters, Florence Keiser of Lancaster Pa., Helen  Ober and Carrie Gallaker of Elizabethtown, Pa., Anna Smith of Marstown, Pa.; one grandson; several nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Stanley, in 1976.  Services will be held Thursday at 1 p.m. at Casto Funeral Home with Rev. Carl Chambers officiating.  Burial will be in Hopewell Cemetery, Mt. Alto.  Friends may call at the funeral home after 4 p.m. Wednesday.</p>
