Information: MCCUTCHENVILLE, OH - Bernice M. Shinn, 77, of McCutchenville, OH, departed this life, October 13, 2001, at her home.  She was born November 25, 1923, in Evans WV, a daughter of the late Walter and Eulah Belle (Sayre) Hunt.  She was a homemaker, a member of the St. Paul United Methodist Church, McCutchenville, OH, and attended the Crawford United Methodist Church.  She was a member of the Wyandott Senior Citizens, the Happy Traveler Group in Nevada, OH, and supported the Right to Life Organization.  She enjoyed gardening, quilting, cooking, reading, discussing politics and writing letters.       Survivors include her husband of 50 years, Early ""Woody"" Shinn; sons, Carl W. Shinn of McCutchenville, OH and Keith W. Shinn of Tiffin, OH; daughters, Janet-Hall Walter, Joann (Dan) Adams-Moll, and Hope (Mike) Boggard all of Upper Sandusky, OH, Donna (Randy) McKee of Hardy, VA; brothers, Clair Hunt of Ripley, Robert Hunt of Evans, Camden Hunt of Washington; sisters, Agnes Morrison of Bremen OH and Nadine Tucker of New Haven, FL; 12 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her first husband, James R. Hall; brother, Carl T. Hunt; sisters, Cleo Hunt and Garnet Hunt.  Funeral services will be Thursday, October 18, 2001, at 2 p.m. at the Otterbein Cemetery in Evans WV, with the Rev. Cynthia Morrison officiating.  A private family visitation will begin at 1 p.m. at Casto Funeral Home in Evans WV. In lieu of flowers, donations are preferred to your local hospice.
