  <p>Information: Artie W. Shinn, 89, of Evans, died January 11, 1994, at Camden-Clark Hospital following a brief illness.  She was born July 28, 1904, at Evans, a daughter of the late Childs Ferrill and Alice Robey Wilson.  She was a homemaker and attended Otterbein Church.  Surviving:  son, Howard T. of Evans; daughter, Pauline Smith of Washington, WV; 3 grandchildren, Terry Shinn, Frank Shinn, Diana Berry; 5 great-grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul J. in 1983; brothers, Howard and W. J.; sisters, Corda Hall and Nellis Robinette.  Services will be Thurs. 1:00 p. m. at Casto Funeral Home, Evans, with Rev. Gerald Sayre officiating.  Burial will be in Otterbein cemetery.  Friends may call at the funeral home after 1 p.m. Wednesday, from 9:00 a.m. until service time Thursday.</p>
