  <p>Information: KENNA -  Mark Edward Shamblin, 76, of Kenna, died April 21, 1999, at home after a long illness.  He was a retired heavy equipment operator, an Adventist and a lifelong resident of Jackson County.  Surviving:  daughters, Cindy Keeny of Scott Depot, Chris Yates of Kenna; sons, Roger of Hurricane, Daniel, Victor of Scott Depot, Smitty of Winfield, Mark Wayne of Charleston; sisters, Mamie Keeney, Maggie Spencer and Gladys Gibson, all of Kenna; 12 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild.  Service will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Long & Fisher Funeral Home, Sissonville, with the Rev. Jack Coner officiating.  Burial will be in Shamblin Cemetery, Romance.  Friends may call from 6 to 9 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.</p>
