  <p>Information: KENNA - Arnette C. Shamblin, 59, of Kenna, Jackson County, died March 9, 1998, in Memorial Division, CAMC, after a long illness.  He was former owner and partner in Shamblin Construction Co., Sissonville, and a lifelong resident of Jackson County.  Surviving:  wife, Gertrude Shamblin; daughters, Rita Faye Parson of Ripley, Nita Ann Shamblin of Charleston; sister, Lilly Tignor of Elkview; brothers, Owens J. and James Shamblin, both of Sissonville, Robert Lee Shamblin of Kenna, Doyle Shamblin of Belleview, Fla.  Service will be 11 a. m. Wednesday at Fisher Chapel United Methodist Church, Sissonville, with the Rev. Aaron Jones officiating.  Burial will be in John Beane Cemetery, Sissonville.  Friends may call from 6 to 9 p.m. today at the church.  Long & Fisher Funeral Home, Sissonville, is in charge of arrangements.</p>
