Information: Mrs. Mary Harpold Gillaspie Scott died at the home of her son, Wallace Gillaspie, near Cottageville, Monday, of cancer of the stomach. After the separation from her second husband, she built a residence at Cottageville, but was at the home of her son, William Gillaspie, at Ravenswood, when attacked by the fatal illness, which, strange as it may seem, is said by the authorities to result most frequently from worry.  She was 64 years, 8 months and 4 days old at the time of her death.  She was a daughter of William Harpold, deceased, and a most excellant lady.  Her first husband was Michael Gillaspie, who has been dead a dozen or more years. She is survived by two sons, four brothers and three sisters, her aged mother, who with hosts of friends mourn her departure.  Interment at the Cottageville cemetery, Wednesday, after funeral services by Rev.
