  <p>Information: CAROL CITY, FLA - Mrs. Ethel Boggess Scott, 67, of Carol City, formerly of Given, W. Va., died Oct. 18, 1986, in a Carol City hospital after a long illness.  Surviving: brothers, Marshall and Thad Boggess, both of Charleston, W. Va.; sister, Mrs. Marie Saunders of Charleston, Mrs. Bell Higginbotham of South Charleston W. Va., Mrs. Freddie Bowling of Liberty, W. Va.  Service will be 11 a.m. Thursday in Emma Chapel United Methodist Church, Jackson County, W. Va. with the Rev. Billy Casto officiating.  Burial will be in the church cemetery.  Friends may call from 5 to 9 p.m. today at Cunningham-Prker-Johnson Funeral Home and one hour prior to service at the church.</p>
