  <p>Information: Mildred I. Schoonover, 75, of South Charleston, died July 25, 1994, at home after a short illness.  She was born at Cottageville and a graduate of Union High School.  She was a retired certification analyst for Kanawha county schools and a member of First Presbyterian Church, Charleston.  Surviving:  daughters, Barbara Schoonover of Charleston, Karen S. Martin of Gainesville, GA; sisters, Dorothy Knopp of Jackson County, Lucille Morales and Pauline Petty, both of Parkersburg; brother, Andrew Click of Jackson County.  Private graveside service was Thursday at Sunset Memorial Park, South Charleston with the Rev. Douglas Heidt officiating.  Snodgrass Funeral Home, South Charleston, was in charge of arrangements.  In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Heart and Hand House, 212 D St., South Charleston, WV 25303.</p>
