  <p>Information: Mrs. Lillian Lucile Scaggs, 76, of 100 Walnut St., Ravenswood, formerly of Wayne, died Friday at Jackson General Hospital, Ripley, following an extended illness.  Born in Sandyville, a daughter of the late George B. and Tennie McCoy Casto, she was a member of Wayne United Methodist Church.  She was a retired legal secretary in Wayne, having worked for 42 years.  She also was a charter member of Wayne Federated Woman&#39;s Club.  One niece, Sue Proctor Miller of Ravenswood, survives.  Funeral services were held Sunday at Chambers Funeral Home, Ravenswood, with the Rev. D. Keith Clarke officiating.  Burial was in Ravenswood Cemetery.</p>
