  <p>Information: Velma A. Sayre, 73, of Sandyville, died Sunday at Charleston Area Medical Center, Memorial Division, after a long illness.  She was a member of the Sandyville United Methodist Church, and the Order of the Eastern Star, Douglas Chapter 15. Surviving:  son, B. Keith of Sandyville; brothers, John Curry Jr. of Ravenswood, Charles Curry of Racine, Ohio; half brother, William ""Bill"" Curry of Sandyville; sisters, Mrs. Jean Marshall of Spencer, Mrs. Ruth Street of St. Marys, Mrs. Betty Jane Knightstep of Dunbar; half sister, Mrs. Lucy Starkey of Ripley.  Services will be today (Wednesday) at 2 p.m. at the Vail Funeral Home with the Rev. William Sullivan and the Rev. Armor Sayre officiating.  Burial will be in Independence Cemetery.</p>
