  <p>Information: NEW HAVEN - Raleigh B. Sayre, 89, of New Haven, died Sunday in the Veterans Memorial Hospital, Pomeroy, Ohio, after a long illness.  He was a retail merchant and a member of the New Haven United Methodist Church, and JOUAM No. 176.  Surviving:  daughters, Mrs. Dora Bailey of Portland, Mich., Mrs. Leone Jaques and Mrs. Beryl Lawton of New Haven; sons, Blaine of Elkins, Layton of Lehigh Acres, Fla., Dwight and Ralph of New Haven; brother, Virgil of Evans.  Service will be held Wednesday at 1:30 p.m. in Foglesong Funeral Home, Mason, with the Rev. Ralph Mahoney and Rev. John Campbell officiating.  Burial will be in the Otterbein Cemetery, Evans.  Friends may call Tuesday from 2 to 4  and 7 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.</p>
