Information: SAYRE RITES HERE MONDAY- Okey J. Sayre, 83, of Given, died Saturday at a nursing home in Ripley after an extended illness.  The funeral service was held at the Vail funeral home Monday, and the burial was in the Oak Hill cemetery.  Rev. Willard Carney officiated.  Mr. Sayre was born at Ripley on March 1, 1882, a son of Joel and Jane Ferman Sayre.  Survivors are a son, Joel W. of Ripley; a daughter, Mrs. Ora Deglar of Ripley; three sisters, Ruie Starcher and Elva Stewart of Ripley, and Lizzie Davis of Logan, Ohio; 8 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.
