  <p>Information: Minerva Florence Sayre, 89, of Cottageville died Monday morning at the home of her son Ralph E. Sayre in St. Albans.  She was born in Angerona, WV, a daughter of the late Oscar and Eliza King Sayre.  She was the last survivor of her family.  She was a life long resident of Jackson County and a member of the Antioch United Methodist Church.   She is survived by her husband of 69 years, Thomas E. Sayre; sons, R. Quinten Sayre of Ravenswood and Don C. Sayre of Nitro; daughter, Ada Ruth Sayre of Dunbar and three grandchildren.  Service will be 1 p.m. today (Wednesday) at the Casto Funeral Home, Evans, with the Rev. Gerald Sayre officiating.  Burieal will be in the Blaine Memorial Cemetery, Cottageville.</p>
