Obituary Date: 1916-12-22

Information: Louise Florence, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Elijah Sayre of Evans, was born December 31st, 1894 and departed this life in Akron, Ohio, December 18, 1916 in the 22nd year of her life.  She was converted in the fifteenth year of her age and united with the Methodist Episcopal church in which she remained a loyal, faithful member until called to membership in the church above.  She possessed a cheerful disposition, and was so friendly and kind that she won the friendship and admiration of her associates.  She leaves father, mother, five sisters, two brothers and a host of friends to mourn their loss.  After appropriate services conducted by the writer assisted by Rev. Powers, in Longview M. E. Church on the afternoon of December the 21st her mortal remains were laid to rest in the presence of a large congregation, in the cemetery nearby to await the resurrection morn.    E. D. W. King
