  <p>Information:      Laura Mildred Sayre, 82, of Evans, departed this life Nov. 19, 1998 at her home following an extended illness.  She was born Dec. 2, 1915 at Robertsburg, a daughter of the late Chancy M. and Nellie May Hughes Hayes.  She was a homemaker, a loving wife and mother.  Survivers include sons; Orville R. ""Sonny"" (Ann) Sayre of Ripley and Fred R. (Laura) Sayre of Pratt; daughters, Mary Lou (Otis) Westfall of Staats Mill and Bertha May (Hoy) Casto of Venice, FL.; brothers, Emit Hayes of Buffalo, Kensil Hayes of Prospect, OH; sisters, Elva Street and Gilmie Janssen of Apache Junction, AZ and Faye Walter of Buffalo; 15 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren.  She was also preceded in death by brothers, Milford Hayes and Gilmer Hayes; sisters, Ina Wandling Casto and Wavie May Chapman.   Service will be Sunday, 1 p.m. at Casto Funeral Home, Evans, with the Rev. Orville Walker and the Rev. Charles Hicks officiating.  Burial will be Monday, 11 a.m. at Jackson County Memory Gardens, Cottageville.  Friends may call at the funeral home Saturday (today) from 6-8 p.m.</p>
