  <p>Information:               Laodice (BROOKS) SAYRE was born May 27, 1877, died Nov. 10, 1947, aged 70 years, 5 months and 13 days.  She was united in marriage to Adam W. SAYRE on Oct. 23, 1893, and to this union 2 children were born, a son and a daughter.  The daughter is Mrs. Velva FOX of Evans and the son, Lance SAYRE is at home.  Funeral services were held Nov. 13, and were conducted at Otterbein EUB Church, Rev. I. J. MCCOLLUM had charge of the service.  Interment was made in the Otterbein Cemetery.                  Mrs. SAYRE spent the greater part of her life in and around the little village of Angerona, where Mr. SAYRE was engaged in the milling and merchantile business.  A few years ago a fire destroyed the mill and store, and their home too.  Since then they have spent their time on the farm there.  Mrs. SAYRE leaves to mourn her passing her husband, two children, a brother, O. A. BROOKS of Ripley, and one sister, Odalet SAYRE of Pt. Pleasant.  Also seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.  (from the Betty Kessel McIntyre Obit Collection)     </p>
