  <p>Information: Mrs. Jessie Belle Sayre, 65, of Point Pleasant died May 19, 1991, in Pleasant Valley Hospital, Point Pleasant, after a long illness. She was the foster child of Thelma Hall of Ripley.  She was a retired health nurse for Mason County Health Department, a former employee of Holzer and Pleasant Valley hospitals, an Army Nurse Corps veteran of the Korean War, and a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Point Pleasant Women&#39;s Club, and American Legion.  Surviving: daughter, Christina Taylor of Point Pleasant; sons, Duane of Point Pleasant, Steven of Tulsa, OK; sisters, Mary McKisic of Houston, Naomi Newton of Panama City, FL; brother, James Tucker of Craigsville; and three grandchildren.  Service at Crow- Hussell Funeral Home, Point Pleasant and burial with military graveside  rites at Suncrest Cemetery, Point  Pleasant.        </p>
