Information: COLUMBUS, OHIO - J. Marshall Sayre, 83, of Columbus, formerly of Evans, W. Va., died Saturday in Columbus, after a short illness.  He was a retired welder for Pennsylvania Railroad.  He was a member of Ripley Masonic Lodge and Scottish Rite Bodies.  Surviving:  sister, Genevieve Hamilton of Powell, Ohio; several nieces and nephews.  Service will be 1 p.m. Wednesday in Casto Funeral Home, Evans, with the Rev. Armour Sayre officiating.  Burial will be in Otterbein Cemetery, near Evans, with Masonic graveside rites.  Friends may call after 11 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
