  <p>Information: ELEANOR - Isaac Allen Sayre, 81, of Eleanor, Putnam County, died Thursday at the home of a daughter, Mrs. Jeanette Winter of 1002 Main St., Nitro. He was a retired employee of Carbide.  Also surviving:  wife, Anna May Bennett Sayre; daughters, Mrs. Geraldine Higginbotham of Eleanor, Mrs. Maxine Jordan of Red House and Mrs. Pauline Barnette of Melbourne, Fla.; sons, Franklin of Dunbar, Warren and Lawrence of St. Albans, and Donald of Eleanor; sisters, Mrs. Sue Stewart and Mrs. Genevieve Hamilton of Columbus, Ohio; brothers, Marshall and Russell Sayre of Columbus, Ohio; 26 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren.  Raynes Funeral Home at Buffalo is in charge of arrangements.  Service will be 1:30 p.m. Sunday in the funeral home with the Rev. Tommy King officiating.  Burial will be in Blaine Memorial Cemetery, Cottageville.  Friends may call after 4 p.m. today.</p>
