Information: Mr. Ichabod (Bird) Sayre, one of the oldest citizens in Jackson County passed away at his home on Long Hollow on last Sunday morning, of diseases incident to old age.  Mr. Sayre was twice married and is survived by ten children.  He was 86 years of age.  Interment at Foster Chapel Tuesday.
