  <p>Information: Evelyn A. Sayre, 93, of Eaglepoint Care Center, formerly of Parkersburg, died Friday, October 4, 2002, at Camden-Clark Memorial Hospital.  She was born in Cottageville, Jackson County, a daughter of the late Irvin and Mamie Shinn Durst.  Mrs. Sayre retired from the former American Viscose Corporation and also retired as office manager for the Wharton Roofing Company.  She was a 50-year member and past president of the Parkersburg Women&#39;s Club, a member of the Cardinal Garden Club and the Agenda Club, a group of ladies who enjoy travel and various community activities.  She was a former member of the Camden-Clark Memorial Hospital Auxiliary.  Mrs. Sayre was a 1929 graduate of Union High School, Cottageville, and was a member of the North Parkersburg Baptist Church, the American Baptist Women, the Mary Bonar Circle and the King&#39;s Daughters Class.  She is survived by one nephew, Edward Beary and wife Judi of Parkersburg, and two great-nephews, John E. and Robert A. Beary, both of Parkersburg.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Garrett ""Bony"" Sayre in 1976; and one sister, Mrs. Clyde H. Beary, in 2000.  Funeral services and interment will be at the convenience of the family in Parkersburg Memorial Gardens, with Dr. Harley E.
