  <p>Information: Mrs. Blondis (Bonnie) Neely Sayre, 57, of Gay, Roane County, died Tuesday, February 20, 1973, at the Charleston General Hospital after a short illness.  She was the wife of former State Senator Brad Sayre and was formerly employed with the Canterbury Shoe Store in Ripley.  She was bron in Roane County, the daughter of the late Seth and Ollie Neely.         Her husband, a farmer and oil field worker, was elected to the House of Delegates for three terms, starting in 1944, and was elected to the Senate in 1954 and 1968.  He was the Republican nominee for state auditor in 1952.  Besides her husband, Mrs. Sayre is survived by a stepson, Hayward M. Sayre, in military service at Honolulu, Hawaii.  Funeral services were held Sunday at the Vandale Funeral Home in Spencer.  Burial was in the Mt. Zion Cemetery.</p>
