  <p>Information: Florence Sams, 68, of Ravenswood, died Saturday morning at St. Joseph&#39;s Hospital following an extended illness.  She was born in Jackson County, a daughter of the late Jerry and Clara Boggs Snyder.  She was a member of the Milhoan Ridge Baptist Church and was a homemaker.  She is survived by eight stepchildren, Donald Sams, Alice Hunter and Linda Shelvick, all of Cleveland, OH, Donald Sams, Connie Lynch and Geneva McKinney, all of Lorain OH, Loretta Hoselton and Caroline Hoselton, both of Murraysville; one sister, Bertha Bates of Wilding; one brother, Cecil Snyder of Ravenswood; 25 grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren.  Services were Monday at the Straight-Tucker Funeral Home. Burial was in the Ravenswood Cemetery.</p>
