  <p>Information: SAMS FUNERAL HELD MONDAY - Mrs. Eleanor Fern Sams, 32, wife of Robert Sams of Cottageville, died at Pinecrest sanatarium in Beckley on Friday after a long illness.  The body was brought to the Parsons mortuary in Ripley and remained there until time for the funeral service on Monday morning which was held at the Ravenswood Christian church with the Rev. Richard Pryor officiating and the burial was in the cemetery there.  Survivors in addition to the husband include two sons, Donald Edward and Feddie L. Sams; six daughters, Loretta Jo, Alice Rose, Geneva Ann, Connie Sue, Linda Lou and Caroline Lorraine Sams, all at home; one brother, Elmer Wilson of Flatwoods and six sisters, Mrs. Annie Hamilton of Crow Summit, Mrs. Esther Sams of Flatwoods, Mrs. Lucille Mahan and Mrs. Mary Wilson of Ravenswood and Mrs. Marjory Williams of Arkansas.</p>
