  <p>Information: Roger Crow Rymer, 67, of Ravenswood, died Tuesday at the Veterans Administration Hospital, Lexington, Ky., after a long illness.  He was born Nov. 20, 1912 at Ripley, son of Dr. Thomas and Dorthea Crow Rymer.  He was a member of the Episcopal Church, Ripley, a graduate of Ripley High School and Marshall University, former coach at Ripley High School and a veteran of World War II.  He was a construction employee.  Surviving:  wife, Eleanor McGugin Rymer of Ravenswood; three daughters, Mrs. Dot Carroll of Ashland, Ky., Mrs. Kathy Garrett of Ravenswood and Dee Rymer of Morgantown; four sons, Roger C. II of Leon, Thomas of Morgantown, Charles of South Charleston, Jim of Ravenswood; nine grandchildren.  Funeral arrangements were incomplete at presstime.</p>
