  <p>Information: COTTAGEVILLE - Hallie L. Ryan, 88, of Cottageville, Jackson County, died Wednesday in Ravenswood Care Center after a long illness.  He was a retired farmer and a member of Sandy Vally Advent Church.  He was a Kentucky Colonel.  Surviving:  wife, Ruth Ryan; son, Conrey M. of Cottageville; brother, C. F. of Charleston; eight grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; six great-great-grandchildren.  Service will be 2 p.m. Monday in Cottageville Evans Baptist Church with the Rev. David King officiating.  Burial will be in Blaine Memorial Cemetery, Cottageville.  Friends may call after 4 p.m. today at the Conrey Ryan residence, Cottageville.  Vail Funeral Home, Ripley, is in charge of arrangements.</p>
