  <p>Information: Freida Louise McConnell Ruth, 85, of Ravenswood, died Saturday at Ravenswood Care Center following an extended illness.  She was born in Roane County, a daughter of the late William H. and Emma Rudman McConnell.  She was a member of the Christian Science Church of Parkersburg, the Eastern Star and the Kohla Club.  She was a former member of the Ravenswood City Council.  She is survived by one son, Ray O&#39;Brien of Ravenswood; three sisters, Beulah Doddridge of Indianapolis, Ind., Helen Cramer of Columbus, Ohio and Beatrice McConnell of Ravenswood.  She was preceded in death by her first husband, Ray H. O&#39;Brien, Sr. and her second husband, Harold B. Ruth.  Christian Science services were held Tuesday at the Straight-Tucker Funeral Home, Ravenswood, with Reader Ernest Lincicome. Burial was in Ravenswood Cemetery.</p>
