  <p>Information: Blanche Runnion, 80, of Spencer, died Friday, Jan. 26, 1990, in the Roane General Hospital after a brief illness.  She was born in Jackson County, a daughter of the late Jacob Alonzo and Lula May Golden Matlack.  She was retired vice president and cashier of First National Bank, Spencer, a member of the St. John&#39;s United Methodist Church and graduate of Ravenswood High School.  She is survived by two sisters, Marie Landfried of Dunbar and Mary L. Morgan of Ravenswood; one step-daughter, Barbara Henricks of Dallas, Texas; one step-son, Paul E. Runnion, Jr. of Beltsville, MD., and several nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Runnion.  Services were Sunday at the Vandale Funeral Home Chapel, Spencer, with the Rev. Donald Coleman officiating.  Burial was in the Ravenswood Cemetery.</p>
