  <p>Information: Rosalie Birdie Ruley, 90, of Rt. 1, Davisville, died January 25, at the Camden-Clark Hospital.  She was born in Jackson County, a daughter of the late Jackson and Hulda Jane Smith Hupp.  She was a member of the Chesterville United Methodist Church.  She is survived by four daughters, Garnet Miracle of Parkersburg, Emid Bibler Carr of Rushville, OH, June Johnson of Okeeshebbe, FL, and Judith Flesher of Murphytown; nine grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her three husbands, Alva Barnett, Ople Lightner and Amos Ruley; one daughter, Opal Williams; one grandchild; three sisters; and two brothers.  Services were at the Franklin Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Connie Dickens officiating.  Burial was in the Sunset Memory Gardens.</p>
