  <p>Information: RUDMAN RITES HELD TUESDAY - E. L. Rudman, 68, passed away at 4:30 a.m. Sunday in the general hospital in Charleston following an emergency operation.  He was taken ill Saturday evening and rushed to the hospital, where an operation was performed at once, but he did not regain consciousness following the operation for a burst gall bladder.         Mr. Rudman was born in Ravenswood and was the son of the late John and Mrs. Rudman.  For a number of years he has resided in Charleston.  He is survived by three brothers and two sisters:  Dr. H. E. Rudman of Lebanon, Ohio, F. A. Rudman of Huntington, John J. Rudman, Mrs. W. H. McConnell and Mrs. M. C. McKay of Ravenswood.  The body was taken to Ravenswood Monday and taken to the Ravenswood House, the home of his sister, Mrs. McConnell, where funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon at 3:30.  Interment was made in the Ravenswood cemetery.</p>
