  <p>Information: Funeral service for Ralph L. Rowley, 75, of Jacksontown, Ohio, was held in the chapel of Criss Brothers Funeral Home, Wednesday, March 6, 1991, with Rev. John H. Dean officiating.  Interment was in Fairmount Cemetery.  Masonic service was held on Tuesday evening.  Mr. Rowley died Saturday, March 2, 1991, at Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus.  He was born Nov. 2, 1915, in Jackson county and had resided in Ohio for the past 35 years.  He was a contractor and former trustee for Licking Township.  He attended Jacksontown United Methodist Church, was a veteran of World War II in the U. S. Navy, was a member of Beckley Lodge No. 95 AF & AM of Beckley, WV and a former member of the Licking Township Volunteer Fire Dept.  Survivors include his wife, Mildred L. (Casto) Rowley; son and wife, Ralph L. and Linda Rowley of Johnstown; granddaughter and husband, Debra and Craig Hahn; two grandsons and wives, Jeffrey and Sandy Rowley, Daniel and Diana Rowley, all of Columbus; a great-granddaughter, Lindsey Rowley; a sister, Mabel Weekley of Beckley, WV; nieces and nephews.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Harry and Elnora (Parsons) Rowley; a brother, Hoyt Rowley; and a sister, Edith Rowley.</p>
